and affiliation forms($25.00).  Teams can send ahead of time.

CNYJSA is sponsoring an E Licensing Course March 26th, 27th, 28th 2010

CNYJSA Will Pay The Full Course Fee For The First 20 Registrants

You Must Belong To A CNYJSA Member Club
And Have Participated In CNYJSA

Course Fee Is $114
